during my stay, I found it so convenient being just a few steps away from Dragon Mart, a fantastic spot for shopping and dining. The nearby Turquoise Restaurant offered delicious meals that made my trip even more enjoyable.

The location is inconvenient, surrounded by unpleasant odors from a sewage treatment plant!!! Parking is poorly managed, with valet service lacking space!!! Cleaning and maintenance need serious improvement, as many facilities were disappointing!!!

Ahmad from the restaurant is a gem! He really went above and beyond to help us. However, we faced issues with towels every day, which was a bit annoying. 😅

It was just a great fit for a short interlude in Dubai with great value for money. The mini-bar in the room was handy after a long day of shopping. Try to avoid rooms near the road to minimize noise at night.

staying at premier inn was great! the hotel still has that fresh vibe, and the comfy bed made all the difference. i loved how close it is to dragon mart for shopping. the wifi was solid too, which helped me stay connected.

I appreciated the comfortable family room with air conditioning and a mini-bar. Breakfast each morning stood out as a highlight. plenty of tasty options to choose from. However, I faced significant issues during my stay. Upon arrival, my non-smoking king-size room had been given away. I had to settle for a smoking single room initially, which was less than acceptable due to its unclean and unpleasant smell. After raising my concerns, I finally got a non-smoking room, but it had two single beds pushed together. The carpet was in bad shape, noticeable stains all over made it feel uninviting. Complaining did lead to a somewhat decent room for the next night but the carpeting was still a problem. While some hotel staff were sympathetic and attempted to help, there were still lapses in service that shouldn’t happen in a well-rated hotel. The restaurant staff, specifically Ahmad, went above and beyond to assist with information and made dining more pleasant. They were a bright spot among some service issues that needed attention.

The dining scene near Premier Inn was a culinary delight! The Turquoise Restaurant had fresh dishes that made my taste buds dance. Also, the incredible staff, like Mohammed and Umar, were always there to brighten my day. My room was spacious, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch during my 15-night stay.

Can just recommend for a walk in evening

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast options were diverse and tasty during my visit, and the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions just a short ride from the airport.
